Originally scheduled for 21-day routine repairs, the CS Harmony vessel lost 4 days due to port congestion caused by severe weather. CHI(Shanghai) completed hydraulic system repairs within 10 days, including 3 winch motors, 2 pump station motors, 9 hatch valve actuators, and 3 hatch opening motors. Facing compressed deadlines at the 300,000-ton Emeishan Dock, workers completed diverter cowling installation and non-destructive testing in 52 hours – 20% faster than standard schedules. The 15.3-ton cowling was installed as a single unit, with all welds passing magnetic particle/ultrasonic testing on first inspection. 

CHI(Shanghai) will continue optimizing processes to enhance repair capabilities while maintaining its client-focused approach for vessel delivery and operational efficiency.
