CHI(Zhoushan) formally delivered the 63,600 DWT bulk carrier "YASA STAR" to YASA Shipping on March 14, 2025, through a remote signing ceremony attended by key representatives from YASA Management and CHI(Zhoushan). As the third vessel in the series, it follows the operational success of its predecessors currently achieving 99% voyage reliability in commercial service. 

The vessel completed sea trials on March 1, demonstrating full functionality of its hydraulic hatch systems, shore power connectivity, and automated power management. During construction, the project team implemented lean manufacturing protocols and automated assembly processes, achieving 15% faster block erection compared to earlier hulls. 

This delivery concludes the initial three-vessel contract, with technical solutions developed during the series now being applied to five additional bulk carriers under construction at CHI(Zhoushan).
