27 July CHI (Dalian) celebrated FPSO Carioca MV30 E-HOUSE first steel cutting ceremony together with executive director Wang Yu, the shipowner and ship surveyors. 
CHI (Dalian) first undertook the module fabrication of E-HOUSE. The EPCI of the module was Schneider Electric and would be subcontracted to Fairness, and finally would be delivered to MODEC. At the ceremony, MODEC's MV30 project manager Richard Matten, Schneider's module project general manager Peter Cole, and Fairness's project general manager William Chen also executed the first steel cutting for the project.
