Chairman

Began his career in July 1992, he has held various positions, including Chief Officer and Captain at the China Shipping International Ship Management (Shanghai); Deputy General Manager of the Ship Management Department III and Acting Deputy General Manager of the Safety and Technology Department at China Shipping Container Lines.; Deputy General Manager of the Transportation Department at China Shipping (Group) Company; General Manager of China Shipping Automobile Transport; Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of China Shipping Container Lines and COSCO SHIPPING Lines; and General Manager of the Science and Technology Innovation Division at China COSCO SHIPPING.

In July 2025, he was appointed Chairman of CHI. Mr. Gu holds a bachelor’s degree in Ship Navigation from Dalian Maritime University and is a senior captain.

Joined the workforce in August 1997. She has held positions including Staff Member at the Asset Management Center of COSCO (Group); Deputy Manager and Manager of the Financial Audit Office in the Supervision/Discipline Inspection Department of COSCO (Group); Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of the Supervision Department/General Manager of the Audit & Supervision Department at COSCO Bulk Shipping (Group); Party Committee Secretary of the Beijing Branch of COSCO Shipping Bulk; and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry. Appointed to her current position in July 2022. Wang Yanmin holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics. Certified as a Senior Accountant and International Certified Internal Auditor.

Joined the workforce in September 1990. He has served in roles including Deputy Manager of the Development Department and Manager of the Planning Department at COSCO Industrial Company; Manager of the Planning Department at COSCO Shipyard Group; Vice President at COSCO (Nantong) Shipyard.; Vice President, Executive Vice President and President at COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard.; and Vice President of COSCO Shipyard Group. Appointed to his current position in December 2016, Yan holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from North China Electric Power University. Certified as a Senior Engineer.

Wu Zhongdai began his professional career in July 1998. He has held a series of leadership positions, including Deputy Manager of the Information Center at COSCO Shipping Telecommunication Technology, R&D Department Manager at the Shanghai Representative Office of Huanzhou Computer, and Vice President of COSCO Shipping Information System. He subsequently served as Vice President of the Technology and Information Department at China Shipping (Group) Company, and Vice President of the Technology and Information Management Division at COSCO Shipping and Vice President of COSCO Shipping Technology. More recently, he held the position of Vice President at Shanghai Ship and Shipping Research Institute. Mr. Wu was appointed to his current position in November 2025. He holds a Ph.D. in Enterprise Management from Tongji University, specializing in Business Administration, and is a Professorate Senior Engineer.

Xu Weifeng commenced his professional career in July 1996. He has extensive experience in supervisory and disciplinary leadership. He previously served as Deputy Director and later Director (formerly Deputy Director in Charge) of the Office/Inspection Office within the Supervision and Discipline Inspection Departments of COSCO Group and China COSCO Holdings. He later became Director of the Petition and Case Office of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group at China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited and served as Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee at COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited. Mr. Xu assumed his current position in March 2026. He graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Bachelor of Engineering, specializing in Water Transport Management, and holds the professional title of Engineer.

As a member of the Communist Party of China, he commenced his career in October 1995. He has served in key roles including: Engineering Supervisor, Trainee Superintendent, and Business Representative at COSCO Shipyard Engineering (Dalian);Party Committee Member, Vice President, and Director of Ship Repair & Conversion Department at COSCO Shipyard Group Commercial Headquarters; General Manager and Party Branch Committee Member at COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry Commercial Headquarters. In June 2024, he was appointed as VP of COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry.

Holds a Part-time Postgraduate degree in National Economy from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Shanghai Maritime University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology. Certified as an Engineer.

Vice President

Began working in July 1998, he has served as General Manager Assistant and Manager of the Commercial Department, Deputy General Manager, First Deputy General Manager, and General Manager at China Shipping Industry (Shanghai Changxing) Co., Ltd.; General Manager and Executive Director at CHI (Zhoushan) and other positions. In April 2025, he is appointed Vice President of COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry. Zhou graduated from Tongji University with a major in Applied Economics, earning a doctoral degree in Economics while working. He holds the professional title of Senior Engineer (Professor-level).
