Began his career in July 1992, he has held various positions, including Chief Officer and Captain at the China Shipping International Ship Management (Shanghai); Deputy General Manager of the Ship Management Department III and Acting Deputy General Manager of the Safety and Technology Department at China Shipping Container Lines.; Deputy General Manager of the Transportation Department at China Shipping (Group) Company; General Manager of China Shipping Automobile Transport; Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of China Shipping Container Lines and COSCO SHIPPING Lines; and General Manager of the Science and Technology Innovation Division at China COSCO SHIPPING.

In July 2025, he was appointed Chairman of CHI. Mr. Gu holds a bachelor’s degree in Ship Navigation from Dalian Maritime University and is a senior captain.

Wang Yu joined the workforce in July 2001 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has held a series of progressively senior positions, including Deputy Manager and Manager of the Safety Supervision Department, Manager of the Shipbuilding Engineering Department, and Assistant to the President at Dalian COSCO Shipyard; Deputy President and President at CHI (Dalian); and Deputy President of the Science and Technology Innovation Headquarters at COSCO SHIPPING Group. He assumed his current position in June 2026. Wang Yu holds a postgraduate degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, with a Master of Engineering degree. He holds the title of Senior Engineer (Principal Level).

Zhao Yuguang began his professional career in August 1998. He has held a series of positions, including staff member of the Supervision Department at China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, Vice President of Human Resources and Deputy General Manager of COSCO U.S. Real Estate Co., Ltd. at COSCO Americas Inc., and subsequently General Manager of Human Resources and General Manager of COSCO U.S. Real Estate Co., Ltd. at COSCO Americas Inc. He then served as Assistant to the President and General Manager of Human Resources at COSCO Americas Inc., concurrently serving as General Manager of COSCO U.S. Real Estate Co., Ltd., before continuing in the same concurrent roles at COSCO SHIPPING (North America) Inc. and COSCO SHIPPING U.S. Real Estate Co., Ltd. He subsequently served as Assistant to the General Manager at COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd., and Vice President of the Human Resources Division and Deputy Director of the Organization Department at China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited. Mr. Zhao was appointed to his current position in April 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the People's Public Security University of China, specializing in Law, and holds the professional title of Accountant.

Joined the workforce in September 1990. He has served in roles including Deputy Manager of the Development Department and Manager of the Planning Department at COSCO Industrial Company; Manager of the Planning Department at COSCO Shipyard Group; Vice President at COSCO (Nantong) Shipyard.; Vice President, Executive Vice President and President at COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard.; and Vice President of COSCO Shipyard Group. Appointed to his current position in December 2016, Yan holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from North China Electric Power University. Certified as a Senior Engineer.

Xu Weifeng commenced his professional career in July 1996. He has extensive experience in supervisory and disciplinary leadership. He previously served as Deputy Director and later Director (formerly Deputy Director in Charge) of the Office/Inspection Office within the Supervision and Discipline Inspection Departments of COSCO Group and China COSCO Holdings. He later became Director of the Petition and Case Office of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group at China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited and served as Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee at COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited. Mr. Xu assumed his current position in March 2026. He graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a Bachelor of Engineering, specializing in Water Transport Management, and holds the professional title of Engineer.

As a member of the Communist Party of China, he commenced his career in October 1995. He has served in key roles including: Engineering Supervisor, Trainee Superintendent, and Business Representative at COSCO Shipyard Engineering (Dalian);Party Committee Member, Vice President, and Director of Ship Repair & Conversion Department at COSCO Shipyard Group Commercial Headquarters; General Manager and Party Branch Committee Member at COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry Commercial Headquarters. In June 2024, he was appointed as VP of COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry.

Holds a Part-time Postgraduate degree in National Economy from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Shanghai Maritime University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering at Wuhan University of Technology. Certified as an Engineer.

Vice President

Began working in July 1998, he has served as General Manager Assistant and Manager of the Commercial Department, Deputy General Manager, First Deputy General Manager, and General Manager at China Shipping Industry (Shanghai Changxing) Co., Ltd.; General Manager and Executive Director at CHI (Zhoushan) and other positions. In April 2025, he is appointed Vice President of COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry. Zhou graduated from Tongji University with a major in Applied Economics, earning a doctoral degree in Economics while working. He holds the professional title of Senior Engineer (Professor-level).

Lu Qinyuan began her professional career in July 2000. She has held a series of positions within the finance function, including Chief of the Accounting Section, Deputy Director and Chief of the Management Section, and Director of the Finance Department at China Shipping Industry Co., Ltd. She subsequently served as General Manager of the Finance Department at COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and then as General Manager of the Finance Department at Shanghai Ship and Shipping Research Institute Co., Ltd. She also served concurrently as Deputy Chief Accountant at both COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry and Shanghai Ship and Shipping Research Institute Co., Ltd. Ms. Lu was appointed to her current position in April 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai Maritime Institute, specializing in Auditing, and holds the professional title of Senior Accountant.

Zhai Yajun joined the workforce in August 1990 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has held a series of progressively senior positions, including Deputy Manager of the Production and Operations Department at Nantong Steamship Company Shipbuilding and Repair Plant; Deputy Head and Head of the Workshop Division of the Manufacturing Headquarters, and Deputy Head of the Manufacturing Headquarters at NACKS.; Executive Deputy President and President at CHI (Nantong); President of the Production and Operations Department at CHI; and President and Executive Director at CHI (Yangzhou). He assumed his current position in June 2026. Zhai Yajun holds a bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Zhenjiang Marine College, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He holds the title of Senior Engineer (Principal Level).
